Hi, my name is Aurora.

A passionate yoga teacher, based in Rijswijk (The Hague area), The Netherlands. As a graduate of Leiden University, I have experienced both the highs and lows of a busy life full of reading, lectures and studying. During my eight years of studying at this beautiful University, I’ve experienced different struggles which were stress related, including a burn-out, in which I practically couldn’t do anything anymore. Luckily, I had discovered yoga from the moment I moved to Leiden to start my study. After years of practicing, I had developed a steady practice which helped me (alongside adopting my cat Rufus) to get healthy again and to handle stress in a better way.

Since I’ve started working as a yoga teacher, I noticed that a lot of people are dealing with the same struggles: either study or work related. It is my mission to bring Yoga (both the physical practice as well as the philosophical principles) to you in a down-to-earth manner, which will enable you to go from a busy to a balanced mind & life.

Advanced Asana

Nice to meet you, my name is Lisa.


Fun, challenge and respecting yourself (physically and mentally) are the keys to your yoga and to living a wonderful life! If you ask me that is 😉.

My yogapractice (teaching and personal) is built on these three words and my experience in teaching and practicing vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga.

In the Advanced Asana course I created for AuroraYoga, I aim to bring these elements together. Together we’re doing flows to breakdown the yogapose, to provide you knowledge and to strengthen and lengthen your body where you need it. Above all, I aim to make it a fun challenge for you that benefits your body and mind.

I myself started yoga right before I got into a burn-out (years ago by now) and it has helped me immensely in rebuilding myself and my life the way I wanted to. During this challenging time I realized that I wanted to share this wonderful practice and that is how I arrived here, with you. Apart from yoga I’m also finishing up my study Communication while being the humom of two beautiful cats.

Hi, my name is Eric.

As a breathing-coach, I love to combine my experience in sports and my knowledge of the human body, from my scientific background.
I’ve always had a rational and analytical character, however in 2015 I attended my first breathing-course weekend and enjoyed it. In 2019 I repeated this, when I was close to a burnout. It was during this time that I decided to become a breathing-coach & took part in the course in Leiden with Annette Weers.
With my rational and scientific background and the more physical and spiritual experiences from breathing-coaching, I help people to get out of their heads and into their hearts. I do one-to-one intense breathing sessions with clients as well as groupsessions or breathingcircles.
With the Pranayama based breathing exercises, I let you experience the two opposite effects of breathing on both the body and mind. Boosting your energy level as well as calming down your body and mind. Inhale for love and exhale for a clear mind. Use your breath to feel like you want to feel.
