What will we do in this challenge?
We will join each other in the online Yoga classroom (powered by Zoom) during 5 days (Monday – Friday), from 7:30h-8:00h (CET) in the morning for a fierce fire yoga flow. Using different breathing techniques we will wake up the body and make ourselves fully ready for the rest of the day.
What can I expect of this fierce fire flow?
The focus will be on our core, in which we will ignite that inner fire to give a boost to our digestive system (before eating breakfast)! Using different breathing techniques and a fierce yoga flow inspired by Sadie Nardini’s Yoga Shred®, we will get fully ready for the rest of the day!
5 minute mini-Sound Bath at the end of each practice
25 minutes of working out – 5 minutes of full surrender with the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls and wind chimes. Do I need to say more?
