With the corona regulations forcing us to practice at home instead of in the yoga studio, I get a lot of questions about how to create a sequence that can help with certain “issues”, like lower back pain (from sitting on your desk-chair for most of the day), finding relaxation (because your private life & work life take place within the same room all of the sudden) and more.
In this masterclass I will teach you the tips & tricks for making a yoga sequence for yourself (or others) depending on what you notice that you need at a particular moment of the day.
We will brainstorm together, and at the end of the masterclass you will have created your first sequence yourself!
In this masterclass we will focus on the “passive” (yin) yoga practice.
