Cultivate body awareness – Tune in to your body’s needs by practicing gentle yoga flows and performing daily body-checks to identify areas of tension or discomfort. By listening to your body each day, you’ll learn to respond with care and attention, helping you move through life with greater ease.
Build mindset resilience – Shift from feeling overwhelmed to embracing challenges with a growth mindset. Each week, you’ll engage in simple mindset exercises, such as journaling to reframe negative thoughts or practicing breathing techniques to stay calm in stressful situations. Yes, definitely! You will have lifetime access to this journey, which means you can start, finish & revisit the challenge whenever you want to!
How much time will it take daily?
I know life can get busy, which is why all the practices are less than 15 minutes (with the exception of some yoga practices – however, even these practices take about 30 minutes tops).
