Yoga Styles
The advanced asana classes are designed to learn more about specific yoga poses, while going for a strong vinyasa-type flow. The flows are designed to strengthen the body, while learning more about a specific yoga pose.
Choose this class if you are up for a (physical) challenge, while learning more about some of the more (physically) challenging poses that yoga has to offer.
Chair yoga combines the beautiful elements of a gentle flow with… a chair. The focus is to let go of stress in the body and create more movement in the shoulders, neck & back.
Choose this class if you are sitting down a lot during the day, if you have tension in the shoulders, neck and (lower) back. Perfect practice to do before eating lunch!
Chakra yoga combines meditation, pranayama, yang & yin yoga together, while focussing on one of the seven Chakra’s.Â
The class will start with a deeper meditation practice, followed by a pranayama practice. Afterwards we flow through a vinyasa type yogaflow to end up resting in our yin postures.
Choose this class if want to deepen your practice, both spiritually as well as physically & when you are curious about that connection between your body and mind.
In this flow, you will build strength, flexibility and gain awareness of the movement of your body. The whole flow is supported by the rhythm of the breath.
The gentle vinyasa flow is the gentle sister of the power vinyasa flow. With the softer pace it’s the perfect flow to start your day with.
Choose this class if you are looking for a slow-paced yoga class that can help to increase strength, flexibility and breath awareness.Â
Â
The meditative movement practice is a class in which we focus upon meditation, while moving (intuitively) with the body. This class increases your awareness of the “here and now” & your concentration.
Choose this class if you want to deepen your focus and concentration, through a dynamic meditation practice.

The Power Vinyasa flow is a strong dynamic flow in which you build strength, flexibility and gain awareness of the movement of your body. The whole flow is supported by the rhythm of the breath.
Choose this class if you want an active & conscious “work-out”, which is fully supported by the power of your breath.
Discover different breathing techniques during the pranayama classes. From stimulating or balancing to relaxing breathing exercises; discover the power of your breath yourself.
Choose this class if you want to increase your breath awareness and how these classes can stimulate your overall well-being (on and off the mat).
Restorative & Yin is a soft, therapeutic form of yoga, in which we take the time to dive deeper into the body. All poses stimulate the energy flow through the body and can be adjusted with bolsters, blocks and blankets.
Choose this class if you want to release (physical) tension & are ready to relax.
Starting off with setting an intention for yourself, after which you will be guided into a deeper relaxation. Working with different crystal and alloy singing bowls, wind chimes and ocean drums – we will find that deep, inner meditation and relaxation.
Choose this special if you feel like you are in need of some extra relaxation.
A relaxing yoga practice, in which the focus is on letting go. By staying in the poses for around 5 minutes, you have time to become aware of how your body is doing and where you can let go even more. The different yin poses are alternated with soft flowing movements in between. Therefore, Yin flow is more dynamic than the regular yin yoga class.
Choose this class if you are in need of tension-release & relaxation, but you do like to move a bit more than usual during Yin.
Yin Yang Yoga is a combination of an active yoga flow (first half of the class) & passive yin relaxation (second part of the class). This class combines the best of both worlds: building strength & flexibility + relaxation.
Choose this class if you feel like moving, but prefer some extra relaxation as well.
A passive yoga practice, in which the focus is on letting go instead of activating the muscles. By staying in the poses for around 5 minutes, you have time to become aware of how your body is doing and where you can let go even more.
Choose this class if you are in need tension-release and relaxation.Â
The Yoga Anatomy videos are short, bite-size, videos with clear information about different muscles & joints in the human body. The Yoga Anatomy videos offer insight in the anatomical structure of a certain muscle / joint, their function & suggestions for yoga poses that work with, strengthen or flex the particular muscle or joint in question.
Choose this practice, if you want to learn more about the anatomical structure of the body and how this translates into a yoga practice.
Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a practice in which you withdraw the senses, by turning your attention from the outside world to your inner world. Within the Yoga Nidra practice, we connect with the Self. Yoga Nidra provides a deep relaxation & is very effective if you experience (a lot) of stress in your daily life.
Choose this practice, if you are in need of deep relaxation & want to increase the overall quality of your sleep & concentration in your everyday life.

Choose this class if you want to deepen your yoga practice by learning more about the particular poses that are part of a yoga practice / class.
