Yoga helps to alleviate physical stress (such as tense muscles, tight shoulders and back pain). It can support us in balancing our nervous system ~ finding that moment to recharge, so you can be focussed and ready when it’s “go-time”.

Yoga classes at the office
I will come to your office! From an active Vinyasa Yoga to a relaxing Yin Yoga (or a combination of both), everything is possible! Relaxing Sound Bath with singing bowls at the end of the practice? We can do that! Pregnant employees who want to join the class? No problem! Twice a week, once a week, every other week, once a month, just once, everything is possible!Â
