This 1-1 private yoga coaching program is the only yoga program you will ever need for your body to feel physically and mentally strong, declutter your busy mind, and move every single day not because you have to, but because you feel so amazing and it’s part of your identity.

In the Private Yoga Journey, we focus on building a strong body-mind connection through my signature 3 pillar method: Knowledge, Movement & Daily Habits.
✨ Understand the “why” behind your aches and pains, constant exhaustion and busy beehive mind. Your nervous system directly relates to your well-being. Listening to the signs your nervous system is sending you, is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. When you recognize the signs & have the tools to listen, you will know exactly what to do to regulate your nervous system so that you can live in a strong pain free body with a decluttered mind.
✨Set your body up for ultimate strength & flexibility. For your body to be its strongest, and move with ease without any pain, it has to be flexible too. Flexibility creates space in your body for your muscles to get stronger so you can move your body in ways you never thought possible. We will do this through strength and flexibility training that is suited to your body’s composition and your personal goals. When you have a body that is both strong and flexible, you will always be pain-free.
✨ Strengthen the relationship with your body, by turning inwards. Being in tune with your body is your superpower for recognizing stress signals before they become more challenging or even compromise your health. You will learn basic breathing techniques, meditations and mindful relaxation techniques (hello yin yoga & yoga nidra) that you can do anywhere, anytime in less than 10 minutes a day so that you can clear your busy mind and improve your mental focus. When you are in tune with your body, you will always be in control of your stress.
✨ Replace unhealthy habits with new habits that integrate all of the things on the left, into your everyday life because a yoga practice on the mat is great, but a yoga practice you can take with you into your daily life is even better. Together we will implement daily habits into your busy life, so you can navigate challenging situations feeling calm and in control of your surroundings. When you practice healthy daily habits, you will feel more calm and at ease even in the most stressful situations.
Phase 1: Energy check in
In this phase we check in with where you are at in this moment in time. We dive into the (physical) pain-points in everyday life and any current habits you may have at the moment. You receive personalised assignments to get you started on the journey to building healthier habits that are sustainable.
Phase 2: Educate & knowledge awareness
In this phase we’re going to dive into the “why”. You’ll get access to different masterclasses about the nervous system and the concept of biofeedback. You will receive personalised exercises to help you integrate your newfound knowledge, into your daily habits program.
Phase 3: Refinement & long term structure
In this phase we will continue to build on what you’ve learned and the steps you’ve taken in the first two months of the program. It’s about refining the daily habits, diving deeper into the mobility exercises & implementing the nervous system awareness- principles.

Yes, there is a payment plan available! You can pay in 3 instalments or in one go, whatever works best for you at this time.
What is Voxer? How does it work?
Voxer is a messaging app, similar to whatsapp. You can both send text messages, photo’s & voice messages. I will use this medium to cheer you on along the way & share the daily habit assignments with you, so that you can implement the tools you learn in this program into your everyday life, making long lasting changes that are easy and don’t take much time.
