As kids, we move freely and rarely think twice. Over time, this natural ability can fade — so it’s important to keep training coordination and stability.
In this workshop, you will:
• Experience how balance works in your body
• Practice simple, effective drills
• Work on strength and stability with a mindful yoga flow
