Balance is something we rely on every single day — often without even realising it.
It keeps you steady, coordinated, and safe, whether you’re reaching for something on a high shelf, stepping into the shower, or standing on one leg to put on your rain trousers.
As children, we move freely and instinctively. We wobble, adjust, and try again without hesitation. But over time, this natural ability can fade if we don’t continue to challenge and train it.
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with that sense of balance in a way that feels supportive, practical, and even a little playful.
